Hi Amy, Look who came out from under her rock? What a beautiful beautiful room to grow up in. It's just fantastic. And very happy. Did you paint it or did they paint it?
I painted beanstalks and sunflowers on Jacks walls when he was little - then we moved house and I really wished we could take the walls with us! Love the little bugs climbing up the grass - Fab! :D
That is a dreamy bedroom! I have had fantasies about painting a mural on my children's bedroom walls but have been paralyzed by fear. Your girls are very lucky. I love the little bug on the grass. It looks so peaceful and happy! What kind of paint did you use?
What a sweet place to sleep...I love all the nature inside. I had great plans to do this in Jude's room, but it hasn't happened yet. thank you for reminding me and inspiring me.
the bedroom that i slept in growing up had no windows so a family friend painted a window with a cat sitting on it and voila! it was always sunny and lovely:) i really love the scene in your girls' room...everyone should have a fun mural in their house:) xo, pennie

ReplyDeleteVery dreamy indeed! Beautiful drawings - it must have been a lot of fun to paint on a wall, is there a better and larger canvass?
ReplyDeleteSuper sweet.
ReplyDeleteMy girl also has a garden themed room - but a hot glue gun - not a paintbrush was my best friend ;)
